The Board of Directors of Cocoaland wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting for the proposed amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed Amendment").
The details of the Proposed Amendment is set out in Appendix I of the 2009 Annual Report which will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
