The Board of Directors of Cocoaland Holdings Berhad (“Cocoaland” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company is currently in discussions and negotiations with potential partners to broaden Cocoaland’s growth which may lead to new placement of shares at discount. As of todate, no final decision, whether in principal or otherwise was taken.

The Board of Directors of Cocoaland will make the necessary announcements at the relevant time, if so required pursuant to the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
